As the infection prevention measures applicable to all viewers at the entrance, we will measure the temperature, provide a disinfectant and check your preregistration on the COVID-19 Contact-Confirming Application “COCOA”.
Since it may take a longer time to enter the venue than before, please come at the designated admission time. Thank you for your understanding.

If you do not abide by the following notes and the instructions of the staff on the event day, you will not be allowed to enter.
In that case, you will not get a refund on the ticket price or travel expenses.

Installation and pre-registration of the COVID-19 Contact-Confirming Application “COCOA” are required for “all viewers (including companions)”. People with devices on which “COCOA” cannot be installed (feature phone, non-compatible smartphone, etc.) will not be allowed to enter. People whose registration cannot be confirmed during the admission will not be admitted either.

Please wear a mask when you come to the venue.
In addition, for the better prevention of infection, please wear “the non-woven fabric mask” which can prevent droplets more effectively instead of the cloth mask or the urethane mask.

Eating is prohibited inside the venue and on the venue premises. Drinks are allowed.
We kindly ask you to eat before coming to the venue.

Please wear appropriate clothes since the venue is frequently ventilated.

Please refrain from waiting for artists to enter or leave the venue in public places which may cause inconvenience to people living near the venue and people using the train station or the airport, etc.. This may also make it impossible to use the venue or hold the stage play or concert.

■Matters to be confirmed before the day of the show
・Please make sure that the name, telephone number, address, email address registered at the ticket agency correspond with those of the viewer.
・If you purchase multiple electronic tickets, please give the tickets to your companions before you come.
・You will be refused to enter the venue if your name does not correspond with the registered name.
・Your name and contact information may be provided to public institutions such as public health centers to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
・Pre-registration of the COVID-19 Contact-Confirming Application “COCOA” is required. Staff members will check it at the entrance, so please register on this application in advance before you come. You cannot enter the venue if we cannot confirm your registration.
・You need to wear a mask on the day of the event.
・Please note that you cannot cheer for artists inside the venue.

■Admission on the day of the show (requirements)
・You are not tested positive for COVID-19 and instructed to stay at home by your doctor.
・You had no close contact with a person tested positive for COVID-19 within the 14 days before the day of the show.
・You have not been to countries or regions from the government list of restricted countries or those requiring an observation period after entering Japan in the past 14 days. Moreover, you had no close contact with people living in these countries and regions.
・Your family members living with you and close friends are not suspected of being infected.
・You need to measure your body temperature before leaving your home on the day of the show. Your body temperature should be below 37.5 degrees.
(We will also measure your temperature when you enter the venue.)
・You should not have symptoms such as cough, languor, runny nose, diarrhea, vomiting, having no taste or smell.
・You should always wear a mask inside and outside the venue.
・Installation and pre-registration of the COVID-19 Contact-Confirming Application “COCOA” are required.

■On the day of the show
・The entry time will be designated according to your seat number on the day of the show.
・Viewers will be guided when leaving the venue after the show ends. Please follow staff’s instructions and leave the venue promptly.
・You may need to wait longer than usual to enter / leave the venue. In order to avoid congestion around the venue and to give consideration to people living around the venue, please keep enough distance with others not only when you enter / leave the venue but around the venue as well.
・Please refrain from engaging with people other than your companions and leaving your seats to cheer for the members.
・In order to avoid close contact with other viewers, please refrain from communicating with other viewers (e.g. exchanging goods). Moreover, please do not gather around the venue as it may cause troubles to people living nearby.
・There will be no gift box. Gifts for artists and fan letters will not be accepted.
・Please refrain from cheering for the members inside the venue. You can applaud or make gestures to support the members.
・All seats are reserved. Be sure to sit on your seats during the show.

In order to avoid chaos at the goods sales venue, customers will be guided while keeping social distance. So it may take longer than usual to purchase goods. For safety reasons, sales may end earlier than scheduled or may be temporarily suspended depending on the queue for goods purchase at the venue.
Moreover, no goods will be sold inside the venue after admission. Please make purchases in advance before entering the venue. Thank you for your cooperation. In addition, the goods will not be sold after the performance.
Please leave enough time for your purchases.

After the show, there will be restrictions on leaving the venue in order to ease the congestion.
In order to avoid congestion at the nearest station, we ask you to check the information on other nearby stations and transportation in advance and go back home using different types of transportation.
