*If the total sum of the order is over 2,500 yen, the delivery will be free of charge.
*Orders containing goods waiting for arrival in Sony Music Shop will be shipped together with these goods.
*After placing an order, you cannot change or cancel it or refuse to receive your products. Moreover, you cannot return or exchange your products unless they are defective ones. To exchange defective products, please contact the Inquiry Counter of Sony Music Shop (https://www.sonymusicshop.jp/secure/menu/inquAdd.php?site=S) within 7 days after you receive your products. Products cannot be exchanged after 7 days.
*The products will be delivered via Sagawa Express. (Overseas shipping is not available.)
*You can choose the time slot for delivery, but you cannot choose the arrival date. Due to weather conditions, it may take several days to deliver the products to isolated islands.
*When you make inquiries, the order number in “reservation completion email” and “delivery completion email” will be required. Please keep it until you receive the products.
