【Sales Time】
*Starting time of designated products sales is the same as that of goods sales. Please check the following website for the starting time of goods.

*For the convenience of winning registrations, the distribution of tickets for the sticker lottery will end about 10 minutes before the show starts.
*There will be a temporary pause in sales before the doors open.

●Customers without tickets to the show can also purchase designated products, but only those who have tickets to the show can watch the performances.
●Shipping fee will be charged in addition to the product price. Shipping fees vary by venue. Please check them at the CD sales booth at each venue when you make purchases.

【Purchase Bonus】
Customers who pre-order and purchase one designated product mentioned above at the CD sales booth on the day of the concert will receive
an original sticker with a lottery ticket which is limited to the tour venue on a first-come, first-served basis.
●The number of stickers with lottery tickets is limited. The distribution will end when all the stickers are out of stock.
●Stickers with lottery tickets will not be reissued for any reason.
●Stickers with lottery tickets will be valid until the end of the lottery registration period for the designated performance.
●The winning part of stickers with lottery tickets will be collected at the reception desk.
●“Original poster with serial numbers for campaign application”, a general bonus given on a first-come, first-served basis at CD shops around Japan, is not eligible. Please understand this beforehand.

【Sticker with Lottery Tickets Present Project】
Invitation to “RILY’S TALK” meet & greet featuring Ryuji Imaichi after the show (a maximum of 20 people per day)
●This event is not a photo shooting event. Multiple people will be invited to the same space together.
●All winners and the artist will wear masks. We ask for your understanding and cooperation.
●Winners will receive a Thank You card with a handwritten printed message and autograph.
●If you are selected, we will conduct antigen tests and ask you to fill in a medical questionnaire during your winning registration.
【About Winning Registration】
If you are selected and wish to participate in “RILY’S TALK”, you will need to make a registration.
Please note that the winning sticker must be exchanged and validated by the end of the registration period on the day of the event. Failure to do so will invalidate your winning right.
▼Reception Time
When the venue opens to 10 minutes before the show starts on each day
●If you do not have a ticket for the show and have been selected, please tell a staff member at the CD sales booth during the sales time.
●Please bring the winning lottery ticket with you to the reception desk at the CD sales booth. We will not accept photos, photocopies, or any other items other than the actual lottery tickets for exchange.
●The winning lottery ticket and invitation to “RILY’S TALK” are valid only at the venues of designated shows.
●If the winning lottery ticket is damaged or soiled and the staff cannot see the exact pattern, the winning ticket will be invalid even if the pattern is correct. Please be especially careful in bad weather conditions. If the winning lottery ticket is lost, the winning right will become invalid.
●You will be asked to provide your name, address, telephone number, email address and ID card at the time of registration. This information will be used for the purpose of operation, identification and notifying customers (or providing it to the public health centers if necessary) in the event of an outbreak of COVID-19 infection among event staff or winners.
●Winners will be required to take an antigen test using a simple kit before entering the venue. If you have a positive test result, your winning right will be invalid and you will not be allowed to participate in “RILY’S TALK”. Please understand that this is to ensure the safety of the people involved and other viewers.
●Please note that it may take about 10 minutes for the result of the simple kit test to come out. If you are a winner, please come to register as early as possible.
●Only the winners themselves will be invited. Companions are not allowed regardless of age.
●Children are considered as one person regardless of age.

【About “RILY’S TALK”】
●You can participate in “RILY’S TALK” even if you do not have a ticket to the show. But you can watch the performance only if you have a ticket to it.
●“RILY’S TALK” will be held after the show. Please confirm transportation schedule to get home before attending. We will not be responsible if you miss the last train or bus.
●When we guide you, we will inspect your belongings and check your body with a metal detector. We ask for your cooperation.
●Please follow the instructions of the staff during the photo shooting to ensure the event goes on smoothly. If the staff deems that you do not follow the rules, we may invalidate your winning right.
●No behaviors such as handing presents to artists or shaking hands are allowed.
●Please take care of your valuables at your own risk.
【Please be aware of the following before participation】
●Avex Entertainment Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) will not be responsible for any problems between customers regarding the prizes.
●You must wear a “non-woven mask” in the venue. Those who do not wear the mask will not be allowed to participate.
●People who are not feeling well on the event day are not allowed to participate. (Those with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, coughing, etc.)
●In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we will ask you to disinfect your hands and take your temperature during admission.
●Please follow the instructions of the venue staff to ensure smooth sales. The venue staff may touch your shoulder or waist when guiding you.
●You are responsible for the transportation and accommodation costs associated with participating in “RILY’S TALK”. Even if you do not meet the conditions for participation or are unable to attend “RILY’S TALK”, we will not compensate you for transportation and accommodation expenses.
●Videos and photos of “RILY’S TALK” may be posted on the official website. Please note that you can be photographed.
●In order to prevent accidents and chaos on the event day, various restrictions may be imposed as necessary.
●Please refrain from the following “Prohibited Acts” when participating in “RILY’S TALK”. If you violate any of these rules, or if the organizer deems you unsuitable to participate in the event, you will not be allowed to participate in the event. In such a case, the organizer will not refund the money you pay for products or compensate for transportation and travel expenses. In addition, if any prohibited or illegal acts are found, the winner will be denied participation in all future events involving the artists.
●There is no special medical equipment available at the venue. If you have a chronic illness or need medical equipment, please participate at your own risk.
●The event may end earlier, be canceled, or postponed suddenly due to requests from the local government, natural disasters, traffic conditions, poor facilities at the venue, illness or accident of the appearing artists, time limit, delay in progress, or other unavoidable circumstances. Even if you are unable to attend “RILY’S TALK” due to these reasons, we will not refund the money you pay for products or compensate for transportation and travel expenses.
●The company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the participation no matter winners participate in this project or not, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by us, affiliated companies of this project and the artists.
●We will make well-round preparations before operation. If you see a suspicious person or object, please notify the nearest staff member.
●If litigation in relation to this project is needed, the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdiction court of the first instance.
▽Prohibited Acts
●Transfer, exchange, resale, copying, or counterfeiting of winning lottery tickets, winning rights, or prizes.
*These acts are crimes. As soon as they are found, you will be forbidden to participate in the event and be reported to the police.
*If the winner is found to engage in transfer, the winning right will be invalid.
●Acts that may cause inconvenience to other customers, such as jump the purchase queue, or acts that the operation staff deems to be equivalent to misconduct
*If any of the above is found, we will refuse your purchase of products or take the same action as for misconduct.
●Slander, defamation, threats, abuse, etc. against the artist
●Entry and participation in events under the influence of alcohol
●Bringing equipment into the event venue or bonus event venue for the purpose of recording or photographing the event
●Waiting in line overnight from the day before the event
