【About the CL booth numbered tickets】
People who want to participate in the campaign at the CL booth of GENERATIONS LIVE TOUR 2022 “WONDER SQUARE” need to apply for a numbered ticket in advance.
Please help us to avoid congestion at the CL booth. Thank you for your cooperation.
*Numbered tickets are not required for those who have registered as paid subscribers on the day of the show. (It may take some time depending on the congestion situation.)

■How to apply
Please click the “CL” numbered ticket application button in the official LINE talk room of the CL booth at GENERATIONS live tour venue. After the application page for numbered tickets is displayed, you can choose the time of exchange.
*Please note that you cannot enter with numbered tickets of other booths.

The CL numbered ticket application button will be displayed from 12:00 on 6/9 (Thu.) when the reception starts. Please be sure to add the account as your friend and wait.

*The number of the bonus items is limited. Applications will be closed once the maximum number of tickets is reached. Moreover, even if the maximum number of tickets is reached, the application for the numbered tickets may open again depending on the exchange status on that day.
*One numbered ticket allows one person to enter.
*Please note that one person can only apply for one numbered ticket per show. In addition, printed copies and screenshots will not be accepted.
*Please note that you cannot change the time or cancel your application.
*If you are late for the reception, your application will not be accepted.
*Even when the maximum number of applications for numbered tickets is reached, we may resume the distribution depending on the situation on the event day.
*Before you enter the booth, we will conduct hand disinfection and temperature check for you.

【About gifts】
・You can only get one video per account at each show.
・As to the requirement for getting friends to subscribe, the new subscriber must be accompanied by one friend (paid subscriber) to the booth or register as a premium subscriber on the day of the event on site.
There is no limit to the number of friends you can introduce.

【About the undisclosed tour rehearsal video】
・You will need to scan a QR code of the member you chose at the reception booth with your own mobile phone.
You can visit the streaming page by scanning the QR code and input the password.
・You can watch the video as many times as you want on the device on which you play the video once.
・It is prohibited to forward, repost or share the link to the video page and the password.
・The video message you get in the Aomori shows can be watched for a limited time till 23:59 on 6/20/2022 (Mon.).

【About reception】
Please confirm the following things before coming to the booth.
・Showing Mypage after reserving a numbered ticket
・Being a CL paid subscriber (Premium / Premium PLUS)
・CL subscription number
・After you open the CL App or the webpage of CL, our staff will check the details on Mypage.

After confirmation, we will give you a gift if you meet all the conditions.
Please be sure to complete “CL Premium Subscriber Registration” and log in to your account before coming to the CL booth.

*Depending on the signal condition on that day, you may not be able to register as a new subscriber of “CL Premium” and log in to your account or it may take you some time. Please leave yourself enough time to spare when you come.

【About measures against the infection to be taken in the booth area】
・The staff will wear non-woven masks and disinfect their hands frequently.
　In addition, plastic sheets will be set up to prevent droplet infection. We take sufficient measures to prevent droplets.
・It is a must to wear masks in all areas outside the venue, including the sales area and waiting lines.
・Before entering the booth area, we will disinfect your hands and take your temperature. Thank you for your understanding.
・We will arrange waiting lines and bonus exchange windows to ensure a sufficient distance between customers.
　Please keep enough distance with others when you are around the venue.
・In order to avoid contact with an unspecified number of customers, please refrain from communicating with others or gathering together.
・Staff and part-timers will also comply with these measures against the infection, such as reporting their physical condition, wearing masks, washing and disinfecting their hands.

【Measures against the infection taken at CL booth in the venue】
The following measures against the infection will be taken at the CL booth in the venue of GENERATIONS LIVE TOUR 2022 “WONDER SQUARE”.
We would like to ask all visitors to understand the following measures and cooperate with us to create a safe environment at the booth since the COVID-19 pandemic is still not under control.

【When visiting the booth (requirements)】
The bonus exchange is also available for those who do not have tickets to the show.
Please check the following notice before you come to the booth.
If you meet any of the following, please refrain from coming to the booth.

・You are tested positive for COVID-19 and instructed to stay at home by your doctor.
・You had close contact with a person tested positive for COVID-19 within the 14 days before the day of the show.
・You have been to countries or regions from the government list of restricted countries or those requiring an observation period after entering Japan in the past 14 days. Moreover, you had close contact with people living in these countries and regions.
・Your family members living with you and close friends are suspected of being infected.
・On the day of the performance, you have a temperature of 37.5 degrees or higher after taking your temperature at home before going out. (Your temperature will be checked with a non-contact thermometer and disinfection will be conducted before you enter the booth.)
・You have symptoms such as cough, languor, runny nose, diarrhea, vomiting, having no taste or smell.

If any of the above applies to you, please refrain from coming to the event.
If you do not follow the notice or do not follow the instructions of the staff on the day of the performance, you may not be allowed to enter the booth or exchange your bonus.
