【About Bonus】
Customers who purchase one designated product mentioned above at the CD sales booth on the day of the concert will receive a sticker lottery ticket.
You can receive two sticker lottery tickets for each first press limited quantity edition [1 CD + 2 DVDs] or each first press limited quantity edition [1 CD + 1 Blu-ray] you purchase. You can receive one sticker lottery ticket for the regular edition [CD ONLY].
*The lottery ticket is valid until the end of the winning registration period only for the performance printed on the ticket.

・Customers without tickets to the show can also make purchases, but only those who have tickets to the show can watch the performances. If you do not have a ticket to this show, you may not be able to purchase products after the opening time depending on the venue.
・The number of tickets for the sticker lottery is limited. Distribution will be over once tickets are out of stock.
・We will not reissue the lottery tickets for any reason.
・We will set the maximum number of items that can be purchased at one time. If you wish to purchase more than the maximum number, please go back to the end of the line after making a payment. Please check the details at the venue.
・Please note that your credit card may not be accepted due to communication conditions.
・No refund applications, changes in quantity or editions are allowed after purchases.
・Bonuses and prizes are subject to change without prior notice.

【About the prize of the sticker lottery】
Invitation to taking a memorable photo with the members after the evening show (a maximum of 5 people per day)
・Memorable photos with DOBERMAN INFINITY (hereinafter referred to as bonus event) will be taken after the show.
・Winners and all the members will wear masks while taking photos.

【About the exchange of tickets for the prize】
・You need to register your winning. If you do not do it within the designated time, your winning right will be invalidated and you will not be able to participate.
・The exchange of the winning lottery ticket for the prize and the ticket’s expiration date will last until the end reception of reception on the event day.

【Reception Time】
From the opening time to 10 minutes before the show starts on each day
・Please bring the winning lottery ticket with you to the reception desk at the CD sales booth. We will not accept photos, photocopies, or any other items other than the actual lottery tickets for exchange.
・The winning lottery ticket and invitation to the bonus event are valid only at the venue printed on the ticket.
・If the winning lottery ticket is damaged or soiled and the staff cannot see the exact pattern, the winning ticket will be invalid even if the pattern is correct. Please be especially careful in bad weather conditions. If the winning lottery ticket is lost, the winning right will become invalid.
・You will be asked to provide your name, address, telephone number, email address and ID card at the time of registration. This information will be used for the purpose of operation, identification, sending of prizes, and notifying customers (or providing it to the public health centers if necessary) in the event of an outbreak of COVID-19 infection among event staff or winners.
・Winners will be required to take an antigen test using a simple kit before entering the venue. If you have a positive test result, your winning right will be invalid and you will not be allowed to participate in the bonus event. Please understand that this is to ensure the safety of the people involved and other viewers.
・Please note that it may take about 10 minutes for the result of the simple kit test to come out. If you are a winner, please come to register as early as possible.
・Only the winners themselves will be invited. Companions are not allowed regardless of age.
・Children are considered as one person regardless of age.

【About participating in the bonus event and taking memorable photos】
・You can participate in the bonus event even if you do not have a ticket to the show. But you can watch the performance only if you have a ticket to it.
・The bonus event will be held after the show. Please confirm transportation schedule to get home before attending. We will not be responsible if you miss the last train or bus.
・When we guide you to the photo space, we will inspect your belongings and check your body with a metal detector. We ask for your cooperation.
・Please follow the instructions of the staff during the photo shooting to ensure the event goes on smoothly. If the staff deems that you do not follow the rules, we may invalidate your winning right.
・The photos taken at the memorable photo session will be sent to winners as prizes within 3 months from the date of each show. The photos will be sent to the address you provide.
・The photo data will be deleted 6 months after the last show.
・The staff will take pictures one by one for each winner.
・Memorable photos can only be taken once. In addition, no other behaviors such as handing presents to artists or shaking hands are allowed.
・It is prohibited to post memorable photos on social media or other sites.
・We will not resend the photos if they are not received due to incomplete addresses or problems caused by the winners themselves.
・Please take care of your valuables at your own risk.

【Notes (Please be aware of the following before participation)】
・LDH JAPAN Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) will not be responsible for any problems between customers regarding the winning right or prizes to be sent.
・You must wear a “non-woven mask” in the venue. Those who do not wear the mask will not be allowed to participate.
・People who are not feeling well on the event day are not allowed to participate. (Those with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, coughing, etc.)
・In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we will ask you to disinfect your hands and take your temperature during admission.
・Please follow the instructions of the venue staff to ensure smooth sales. The venue staff may touch your shoulder or waist when guiding you.
・You are responsible for the transportation and accommodation costs associated with participating in the bonus event. Even if you do not meet the conditions for participation or are unable to attend the bonus event, we will not compensate you for transportation and accommodation expenses.
・Videos and photos of the bonus event may be posted on the official website. Please note that you can be photographed.
・In order to prevent accidents and chaos on the event day, various restrictions may be imposed as necessary.
・Please refrain from the following “Prohibited Acts” when participating in the bonus event. If you violate any of these rules, or if the organizer deems you unsuitable to participate in the event, you will not be allowed to participate in the event. In such a case, the organizer will not refund the money you pay for products or compensate for transportation and travel expenses. In addition, if any prohibited or illegal acts are found, the winner will be denied participation in all future events involving the artists.
・There is no special medical equipment available at the venue. If you have a chronic illness or need medical equipment, please participate at your own risk.
・The event may end earlier, be canceled, or postponed suddenly due to requests from the local government, natural disasters, traffic conditions, poor facilities at the venue, illness or accident of the appearing artists, time limit, delay in progress, or other unavoidable circumstances. Even if you are unable to attend the bonus event due to these reasons, we will not refund the money you pay for products or compensate for transportation and travel expenses.
・The company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the participation no matter winners participate in this project or not, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by us, affiliated companies of this project and the artists.
・We will make well-round preparations before operation. If you see a suspicious person or object, please notify the nearest staff member.
・If litigation in relation to this project is needed, the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdiction court of the first instance.

■Prohibited Acts
・Transfer, exchange, resale, copying, or counterfeiting of winning lottery tickets, winning rights, or prizes.
*These acts are crimes. As soon as they are found, you will be forbidden to participate in the event and be reported to the police.
*If the winner is found to engage in transfer, the winning right will be invalid.
・Acts that may cause inconvenience to other customers, such as jump the purchase queue, or acts that the operation staff deems to be equivalent to misconduct
*If any of the above is found, we will refuse your purchase of products or take the same action as for misconduct.
・Slander, defamation, threats, abuse, etc. against the members
・Entry and participation in events under the influence of alcohol
・Bringing equipment into the event venue or bonus event venue for the purpose of recording or photographing the event
・Waiting in line overnight from the day before the event
