【About Refund】
LAWSON TICKET will issue refunds to customers who did not come to watch the Nagoya show.
Customers who came to the venue on the event day cannot get the refund if “Entered” is marked on their electronic tickets.

LAWSON TICKET will send an email about the refund procedure to customers eligible for the refund on 7/11 (Mon.).
If you did not come to watch the show and did not receive the email sent from LAWSON TICKET on 7/11 (Mon.), please contact LAWSON TICKET INFORMATION listed below by 7/19 (Tue.) to report “Fail to receive the refund email of ‘Lucky2 First Live Tour -Brand New World!’ Nagoya Show”.
