Customers who purchase the designated products at the venue will receive 1 bonus for each product they purchased.
*Up to 5 copies can be purchased at each transaction.
*Bonuses are given at the cashier at the time of purchase. In addition, since the bonuses are provided in a limited quantity, distribution will end as soon as they are out of stock.
*The bonus Polaroid photos are printed one by one with a Polaroid photo printer.
*Please refrain from reselling or exchanging the bonus.
■Bonus② : 【Only for CD orderers before the performance starts】Farewell event on live show stage 10 winners chosen via lottery for each show
10 winners will be chosen via lottery from people who order the designated product at the venue before the performance starts and they will get tickets to “Farewell event on live show stage”! With the tickets, they can participate in the farewell event to be held on the live show stage after the performance.
*Winners will be chosen via lottery. You will be one of the winners if you find a winning ticket in the envelope of “Bonus① : Polaroid photo”. Please be sure to check the envelope when you get the bonus at the cashier desk.
*Please tell the staff at the CD sales booth if you are one of the winners in order to exchange the winning tickets for tickets to “Farewell event on live show stage”.
*The lottery will end once all the bonus items of Bonus① are given out. Moreover, you cannot participate in the bonus event after the performance even if you win in the lottery.
【About the bonus event】
・Each participant needs 1 ticket to the “farewell event on live show stage” regardless of age.
・People without tickets to the show cannot participate. Moreover, you cannot participate if you are late.
・Preschoolers can enter the venue with companions (before the bonus event / companions cannot participate in the event on stage). Moreover, preschoolers cannot participate in the event alone for safety reasons.
・Important notice about various bonus events is recorded at the bottom of this information. Please be sure to check and understand it before participation. If you fail to follow the rules, we may refuse your participation.
【Notes】
It is prohibited to resell the “ticket to the farewell event on live show stage”.

【To customers who participate in the farewell event】
・Please be sure to come before the gathering schedule. You cannot participate in the event if you are late.
・The “farewell event” will end as soon as the line ends.
・Please note that we will keep your luggage or search your body as a measure to ensure everyone’s safety. Thank you for your cooperation.
・It is forbidden to do anything against public order and morals if you participate in the bonus event.
【Notice】
・Filming, recording and photographing during the bonus event are prohibited.
・The organizer or the media may film or record the bonus event and the scene of the venue before and after the bonus event as well as use the materials for the press, advertising, promotion, on internet media including YouTube and social media and as products for sale. In such cases, appearances and voices of participants may be recorded.
・Customers and staff are required to wear masks for the bonus event.
・Please refrain from speaking or talking to the members during the special event from the perspective of infection control.
・There are “screens to prevent the infection through droplets” between the customers and the performers during the farewell event.
・The performers may also wear masks depending on the situation.
・Apart from the restrictions listed above, we may set various restrictions on the event day in order to prevent accidents and disorder to make the event go smoothly. Thank you for your cooperation.
・It is prohibited to stay overnight in the venue to cause troubles to nearby facilities and residents.
・Please refrain from any acts that may cause inconvenience to customers, such as sitting long in nearby facilities or on public roads.
・Customers who reserve / purchase designated products coming with bonus at the direct-sales venue cannot receive other bonuses.
・The ticket to the bonus event will not be issued again regardless of reasons (including loss and theft).
・No refund applications will be accepted for reserved products.
・Participants should bear the transportation and accommodation expenses by themselves. Even if the event is canceled or postponed, we will not compensate for transportation and accommodation expenses.
・The event is subject to change or cancelation depending on the situation of artists.
・You may be asked to leave the venue or refused to participate in the bonus event if your behavior may bring troubles to customers or you fail to follow our staff’s instructions.
・The facility side and organizer are not responsible for accidents caused by the carelessness of customers, except when they are obliged to compensate for them in accordance with the law.
*Please refrain from sending gifts and letters to artists due to the infection control.
