About the refund on tickets to the shows
For those who purchased tickets on 【ticketbook】
*Including tickets purchased via EXILE TRIBE FAMILY advance ticket lottery and other official applications

We will send an email with refund information to each applicant on 11/8(Tue.).
If you want to get a refund, please read the information in the email and complete the procedure by the due date.
(Please check your settings again to make sure you can receive emails from @e-ticketbook.com.)
*Applicants must log in with their IDs / passwords to ticketbook themselves then apply for a refund.
*Only applicants need to go through the refund procedure. It is not necessary for their companions.
If you do not receive the email on 11/8(Tue.), please log in to MYPAGE on ticketbook and complete the refund procedure.

《For those who will come to the make-up shows》
If you want to use 【all the tickets you have purchased】 to view the make-up show, you do not need to complete any refund procedure. You can have the same seat as that marked on your ticket.
Regarding the electronic tickets required for the make-up show, emails with the “notice on the electronic ticket issuance” will be sent 3 days prior to the performance day.
《For those who want refund on all tickets / some tickets》
We will give refunds to those who cannot come to the make-up show. Please follow the steps below to apply for the refund on MYPAGE of ticketbook within the refund period.
Ticket purchasers should complete the procedure.
You can only apply for your refund of one ticket at a time even if you have purchased multiple tickets.
However, if the ticket purchaser cannot participate in the make-up show, he/she should apply for a refund on “all tickets”. This means that companions cannot participate in the make-up show without the ticket purchaser. (Tickets that are not refunded can be used in the make-up shows.)
If you only want to get your refund of some tickets, you can choose your seat number from those marked on your purchased tickets.
