*The bonus items are provided in a limited quantity. The distribution will be over once they are out of stock.
*There is a limit on the number of designated products you can purchase for each payment you make. Please confirm the details at the venue on the event day.
*If the number of products you want to purchase at a time exceeds the limit, you will have to line up again at the end of the queue and make a second purchase.
*You can purchase the designated product only by making a reservation. The method of picking up the product you reserve and the postage vary from venue to venue. Please check before making a reservation.
*Regardless of the reason, requests for refunds or change in the type or number of products will not be accepted once a transaction has been completed.

【“Challenge Sticker Campaign” participation method】
Each of customers who purchase the above-mentioned designated product at the CD sales booths at the designated venue will get a challenge sticker (with a lottery ticket) as a bonus item provided on a first-come, first-served basis!

After scratching the lottery ticket, winners will get the following prizes.
*The distribution of challenge stickers will be over once the show starts and the stickers are only available while supplies last. Thank you for your understanding.
*If you win the prize, you need to make a registration between the opening time and the starting time. Please be sure to check “【Notice for winners…】” below in advance.
*We will take your temperature when you make a registration. If you have a fever of 37.5°C or higher, your winning right will be invalid and you will not be allowed to participate in the bonus event. Please understand that this is to ensure the safety of the people involved and participants.

＜About autograph session＞
・Each signature and winner’s name will be written on winner’s personal belongings or on a designated board
・Only one personal item will be signed at each time of participation.
・Signatures will be made with oil-based magic markers provided by the operation party. (Colors of magic markers will be black, gold, silver, etc..)
・Signatures can be written on winners’ personal belongings, EXILE TAKAHIRO’s official goods and released works. If personal belongings are deemed unsuitable for signatures by the organizer, they will be changed or signatures will not be written.
(Items of unsuitable size for signatures, items made of water-repellent coated material such as iPhone X, plush toys, fluff products, raw items, clothes that are still worn, etc.)
・If personal belongings are beyond the eligible scope, names will be signed on designated boards that will be provided separately.
・Signing will be done on the table. No signatures will be made on winners’ designated clothes that are still worn.
・We do not accept requests for designated messages or illustrations. We do not accept any requests for not signing winners’ names.
・Only one winner’s name will be signed. Please use romaji, hiragana or katakana. Each name should be no more than 10 characters.
・The time for the autograph session is limited. Please decide in advance the places of signatures and get personal belongings ready so that the artist can write signatures immediately.

【Notice for winners…】
Each winning sticker allows 1 winner to attend the autograph session (hereinafter referred to as the bonus event) featuring the designated artist after the designated show.
People without tickets to the show can also participate in the bonus event. However, tickets will be needed for those who want to view the corresponding live show.

*The event is only for winners of 【special prize】. One winner can participate once with one winning ticket.
*Winners of the special prize need to make registrations anytime between the opening time of venues and the starting time of performances.
*Please be advised that the winning right will become invalid if the registration procedure is not finished within the designated period for any reason.
*Please note that the registration may start earlier or later than scheduled.
*Please be sure to bring the winning sticker with you to the registration desk at the CD sales booth.

*If you watch the performance on the day, you may not be able to enjoy it to the end. Please note that we may take some time to guide you depending on the situation on the day. The organizer will not be responsible for the last train after the event. Please check your own transportation back home before attending the event. We will not be responsible for your return trip. *Only the winners will be invited to the bonus event. Companions will not be admitted regardless of age.
*Winners will be guided one by one to attend the bonus event.
*Touching the artist during the event is prohibited in order to guarantee safety and to prevent droplet infection.
*The artist may wear a mask during the event.
*Avex Entertainment will bear no responsibility for any disputes among the customers in relation to the prizes.
*Each signature can only be written once during the event.
*It is prohibited to give presents to that artist, shake hands with him and hug him, or ask him to make poses. If you do not comply with these rules, the bonus event may be cancelled.

*Please observe “Prohibited Actions” listed below when participating in the event. If a participant violates any of the “Prohibited Actions” listed below, or if the organizer deems that the participant is not suitable to participate in the event, the winning right will be invalid and the participant may be asked to leave the venue. In this case, we will not refund the price of products or compensate for transportation or travel expenses. Please understand this in advance.
*Please note that due to changes in the regulations of COVID-19, the rules of the event operation may be changed. Please understand this in advance.
*Transportation fees, accommodation fees and other expenses associated with participation in the bonus event are to be borne by the customers. Even if they fail to meet the conditions for participation and cannot participate, we will not compensate them for these expenses.

【Notice (general)】
*Please follow the instructions of the staff at the venues in order to keep the sales and facility operation going smoothly. The staff may touch shoulders or wrists of customers during guidance.
*The performance and lottery event might be suspended and the contents of the prizes might be changed depending on circumstances.
*The challenge stickers and the tickets for the bonus event held after the performances are only valid for the date printed on them and cannot be used on any other date.
*If the patterns on the challenge stickers cannot be recognized by the staff because of water stains, damage and so on, the cards will be considered invalid even if the patterns match. Please be especially careful in case of bad weather.
*Please refrain from reselling, transferring or exchanging challenge stickers, the winning right, invitation tickets and the prizes, which are all misconduct. Once you are caught engaging in these acts, your winning right will be considered invalid based on the judgment of operation staff. In that case, even if you have already bought the product or finished the winning registration, the challenge stickers, the winning right and prizes are still going to be confiscated from you. In addition, please be aware that if any behaviors other than those listed in the notice, such as jumping the queue for purchases, disruptive behaviors to other customers or behaviors deemed by the management staff to be equivalent to misconduct, the person engaging in it may be refused to make purchases or treated in a way of dealing with misconducts. *Customers are responsible for their own valuables.
*We may set various necessary limitations to prevent accidents and disorder on the event day.

【Prohibited Actions】
・It is prohibited to resell, copy, or forge the winning right.
*Once you are caught engaging in the above acts, your right will be considered invalid.
*Forging and copying is a crime. If we detect any illegal actions, the customer will be refused to participate in the event and we will report it to the police.
・It is prohibited to give gifts to the artist, shake hands with him, hug him or ask him to make a pose during the bonus event. Excessive touching is also prohibited.
・Loitering, i.e. camping, staying or assembling, etc. around the venues.
・Abusing, threatening or cursing at the artist.
・Entering the venues or joining the event while intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol.
・Recording, filming or photographing during the bonus event.
・Bringing equipment into the venues to record, film or photograph the event.

【About governing law and jurisdiction】
The operation of the event as well as the application and interpretation of this agreement shall be subject to the laws of Japan. If litigation between purchasers at this event is needed, the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdiction court of the first instance.
