*It is a project where winners will be invited to watch the rehearsal before each of the 6 performances.
*Only winners from applicants will be invited to this project. Their companions will not be invited.
*People without tickets to the performances can also join the lottery for the open rehearsals at the venues. However, tickets are needed if they want to watch the performances.
*The project may be canceled or postponed without prior notice and the opening and starting time may also be changed.
*Some parts of the event content may be changed depending on circumstances.
*Winners will be informed of the gathering time on the event day only at the time of result announcement. Before making an application, please make sure you have enough time before the performance.

【About project content of “invitation to open rehearsal at venues”】
・This is a project to invite winners to watch the venue rehearsal of each show. This is not a project to take individual photographs. Please be sure to understand this beforehand.
・In this project, we will guide multiple winners to participate at a time. Please note that we will not guide viewers individually.
・Winners must be those who make applications. Winning rights cannot be transferred and winners cannot be changed.
・If winners come after the registration deadline (to be announced to winners at a later date), winners will not be admitted regardless of reasons (such as natural disaster or transportation failure).

・Please note that no cancellations will be accepted after the winners have been selected.
・Winners will be notified only by emails to the email addresses registered at the time of applications.
・If lottery winners fail to receive the winning emails because their email box is set to receive emails only from the specified domains, the result will be treated as invalid. We will not reply any inquiries on the lottery result.
・At the venues on the event days, we will check the winning emails and identities of winners who are invited to watch the open rehearsals at the venues.
・If winners fail to make registrations or get their identities checked within the designated period marked in the winning emails, their winning will become invalid regardless of reasons.
・Only winners will receive winning emails.

【Required items on the event day】
(1) ID card for identity verification
*In principle, please bring an original photo ID of yourself. If you do not have a photo ID, please bring two original documents such as an insurance card and a resident certificate that can be used to confirm your name and address.
*Photocopies, images, or expired documents are not acceptable.
◆If you have a photo ID (You need to bring 1 type.)
Driver’s license, passport, basic resident register card (only the one that can be used to confirm your photo and address), student ID, etc.
◆If you do not have a photo ID (You need to bring 2 types.)
Insurance card, resident certificate, cash card, credit card, etc.
*Please note that in some cases, we may check multiple items.
*If we are unable to confirm your identity for any reason, you will not be allowed to participate in the event.

(3) Electronic tickets of WithLIVE Meet&Greet
Electronic tickets can be confirmed on “Electronic Ticket List” (https://mg.withlive-app.com/offline_events)in the menu of “WithLIVE Meet&Greet” top page (https://mg.withlive-app.com).
*Please make sure to log in with the same account you use when you win in the lottery and then confirm tickets.
*Please open the electronic ticket with “Chrome” or “Safari” browser.

Any one of the following “photo IDs” is acceptable. (Copies of the following IDs will not be accepted.)
・Passport (with your address on it)

【Notes】
・Please pay the transportation charges and accommodation charges of the event day by yourself. Please be advised that no compensation will be made for your transportation and accommodation charges even when you cannot participate as you do not meet certain requirements.
・While we guide you to the event, we may check your belongings or use metal detectors to check your body. We ask for your full cooperation on this matter.
・Please be advised that the staff members may touch your shoulder or arm while guiding you.
・Customers are responsible for their own valuables throughout the duration of the event.
・We may take various necessary measures to prevent accidents and disorder on the event day.
・Please contact LDH Records Customer Center if you are ill, injured, pregnant, or in a wheelchair.
・The event may be cancelled or postponed, or the schedule, location, and content may be changed due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, illness or accident of the lineup, transportation failure on the event day or poor facilities at the venue. Even in such cases, we will not hold any make-up event, refund the product price, or compensate for transportation or travel expenses.
・Resale, scalping, copying, or counterfeiting of the winning right for the open rehearsals at the venues is strictly prohibited.
・Please refrain from applying if your schedule for the day of the event is unclear.
・When attending the event, please follow the instructions of the staff and cooperate with us on the smooth progress of the event. If the staff determines that there is a problem in you, your winning right may be invalidated.
・We will not reissue the winning email regardless of the reason, such as loss, theft, or damage.
・Bringing photographing or recording equipment and any other acts that interfere with the rehearsal is strictly prohibited. If such acts are found, all data will be deleted and you will be asked to leave the venue.
・LDH JAPAN Inc. (hereinafter referred to as our company) will not be responsible for any dispute that may arise between participants or due to winning rights.
・There may be video cameras and cameras to record videos or take photos. Therefore, participants may be included in videos or photographs. Even in that case, however, we will not accept any claims for portrait rights, etc. to any videos or photographs taken at the venue.
・Our company will not be responsible for any loss of winners, no matter they attend this project or not, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence of our company or artists of our company.
