Customers who purchase the above designated product at the CD sales booth on the day of the show will receive sticker lottery tickets.
*The number of sticker lottery tickets is limited. Distribution will be over once tickets are out of stock.
*We will not reissue the sticker lottery tickets for any reason.

【About sales of designated products】
・We will set the maximum number of items that can be purchased at one time. If you wish to purchase more than the maximum number, please go back to the end of the line after making a payment. Please check the details at the venue.
*The designated products are provided in a limited quantity and sales may end earlier than scheduled.
・Please note that your credit card may not be accepted due to communication conditions.
・No refund applications or changes in quantity or editions are allowed after purchases.

【About prize exchange】
・Winners need to make registrations and exchange for the prizes ＜between 1 hour before doors open and the start of the show＞.
・In addition, please make registrations as early as possible, as registration may be suspended depending on the situation at the venue. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to participate if you are late for registration.
・For the exchange for prize B, the analog record of “HBZ” with an autograph, if you attend a show before the release day, we will deliver it to you at a later date instead of giving it at the venue.
・Registration time is subject to change depending on situations without prior notice.
・The winners cannot join the event if they are late for the reception, regardless of any reasons such as natural disasters or traffic problems.
・For each winner, the requirement of participating with a companion is that they two need to come together within the winning registration period. The winner can also participate alone (without a companion). A child is considered as one person regardless of age.
・The exchange of the winning lottery ticket for the prize and the ticket’s expiration date will last until the end reception of reception on the event day.
・Please bring the winning lottery ticket with you to the reception desk at the CD sales booth. We will not accept photos, photocopies or any other items other than the actual lottery tickets for exchange.
・The winning lottery ticket and invitation to the bonus event are valid only at the venue printed on the ticket.
・If the winning lottery ticket is damaged or soiled and the staff cannot see the exact pattern, the winning ticket will be invalid even if the pattern is correct. Please be especially careful in bad weather conditions. If the winning lottery ticket is lost, the winning right will become invalid.

【About participating in the memorable photo session and taking memorable photos】
・The staff will guide one group after another and take a memorable photo of NAOTO and one winner or one winner as well as one companion.
・The staff will “take photos with customers’ smartphones” without delivering photos at a later date.
・The original camera function of a smartphone of either the winner or his or her companion will be used for photography. No other photo applications can be used.
・The staff will guide winners to take pictures group by group. If you have a companion, please take the picture together. Please note that you cannot take photos separately.
・You can participate in the bonus event even if you do not have a ticket to the show. But you can watch the performance only if you have a ticket to it.
・Please note that depending on the situation, acrylic panels may be used for photography.
・The photography event is not carried out on a first come, first served basis. The numbered event tickets will be randomly distributed to customers during identity verification. The first one to receive the numbered ticket may not be the first one to take part in the event. Thank you for your understanding.
・When we guide you to the photo space, we will inspect your belongings and check your body with a metal detector. We ask for your cooperation.
・Please follow the instructions of the staff during the photo shooting to ensure the event goes on smoothly. If the staff deems that you do not follow the rules, we may invalidate your winning right.
・Memorable photos can only be taken once. Request of taking a photo again after the photography will not be allowed regardless of reasons. In addition, no other behaviors such as handing presents to the artist or shaking hands are allowed.
・It is prohibited to post memorable photos on social media or other sites.
・We will not resend the photos if they are not received due to incomplete addresses or problems caused by the winners themselves.
・Please take care of your valuables at your own risk.
・You will be asked to provide your name, address, telephone number and email address on Google Form and show your ID card at the time of registration.

【Notes (Please be aware of the following before participation.)】
・LDH JAPAN Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) will not be responsible for any problems between customers regarding the prizes.
・Please follow the instructions of the venue staff to ensure smooth sales. The venue staff may touch your shoulder or waist when guiding you.
・Videos and photos of the bonus event may be posted on the official site. Please note that you can be photographed.
・Please refrain from the following “Prohibited Acts” when participating in the bonus event. If you violate any of these rules, or if the organizer deems you unsuitable to participate in the event, you will not be allowed to participate in the event. In such a case, the organizer will not refund the money you pay for products or compensate for transportation and travel expenses. In addition, if any prohibited or illegal acts are found, the winner will be denied participation in all future events involving the artist.
・There is no special medical equipment available at the venue. If you have a chronic illness or need medical equipment, please participate at your own risk.
・The event may end earlier, be canceled, or postponed suddenly due to requests from the local government, natural disasters, traffic conditions, poor facilities at the venue, illness or accident of the appearing artist, time limit, delay in progress, or other unavoidable circumstances. Even if you are unable to attend the bonus event due to these reasons, we will not refund the money you pay for products or compensate for transportation and travel expenses.
・The company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the participation no matter winners participate in this project or not, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by us, affiliated companies of this project and the artist.
・We will make well-round preparations before operation. If you see a suspicious person or object, please notify the nearest staff member.

【Prohibited Acts】
*Transfer, exchange, resale, copying, or counterfeiting of winning lottery tickets, winning rights, or prizes
(These acts are crimes. As soon as they are found, you will be forbidden to participate in the event and be reported to the police.)
*If the winner is found to engage in transfer, the winning right will be invalid.
*Acts that may cause inconvenience to other customers, such as jump the purchase queue, or acts that the operation staff deems to be equivalent to misconduct (If any of the above is found, we will refuse your purchase of products or take the same action as for misconduct.)
*Slander, defamation, threats, abuse, etc. against the member
*Entry and participation in the bonus event under the influence of alcohol
*Bringing equipment into the event venue or bonus event venue for the purpose of recording or photographing the event
