・For each lottery-based bonus event, you can only choose one show in each transaction regardless of the number of copies you purchase.

・Application to the show you choose in your order will be made automatically and you don’t need to go through any procedure. Please check the above corresponding number of applications before purchasing multiple products.
・Please be advised that the order cannot be canceled and the show, the orderer and the selected lottery-based bonus cannot be changed after the ordering procedure is finished.
・If you do not want to apply for the lottery-based bonuses, you can also purchase the products only coming with the original bonus provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
・You can apply for the lottery-based bonuses even if you do not have a ticket to the show. However, a ticket to the show will be needed if you want to watch the show.
・“Cash on delivery” and “deferred payment” cannot be used as payment methods.

・The original bonuses will be delivered together with the designated products no matter whether you win in the lottery or not.
・People who do not have tickets to the show can join the lottery for the memorable photo session but only those who have the tickets to the corresponding show can watch the show.

【Order from minors】
Minors need the consent of their guardians to place an order. Orders without the guardian’s consent may be canceled according to the guardian’s claim. Moreover, in such cases, if the order is judged to have disturbed other customers’ purchase or the operation of our company, similar orders may all be refused in the future.
【About the invitation to a memorable photo after shows】
・The memorable photo session is scheduled to be held after each show.
・Only the purchaser him/herself who makes the order can participate in the event. The right of winning cannot be transferred to others and the winner cannot be changed. In addition, companions cannot enter regardless of age.
・We will guide one winner to the memorable photo session. For registration, please check the separate section 【Identity verification at each venue when participating in the memorable photo session】.
・You will be asked to provide your name, address, telephone number, email address and ID card at the time of registration. This information will be used for the purpose of operation, identification and sending prizes.
・After registration (identity verification), complimentary tickets will be given to you.
・In the memorable photo session, the staff will guide one group after another and take a photo of the winner and EXILE B HAPPY for each winner.
・During the memorable photo session, the memorable photo will only be taken once for each winner. Also, actions other than taking photos, such as giving presents to the artist and shaking hands with him, are not allowed.
・Photos taken in the memorable photo session will be sent to winners as prizes within 6 months from the day of each show. They will be delivered to the registered addresses.
・Please note that the data of the memorable photos taken in the memorable photo session will be deleted 6 months from the shipment date.
・It is strictly prohibited to post the memorable photos taken in the memorable photo session on social media or other online platforms.
・Avex Music Creative Inc. bears no responsibility for any dispute among customers due to the prizes to be sent.
・The winners cannot join the event if they are late for the reception, regardless of any reasons such as natural disasters or traffic problems.
・The memorable photo session will be held after the end of the performance. Depending on the gathering time for winners, customers who win this prize may not be able to finish watching the show until the end. Besides, depending on the progress of the event, it will take some time to guide winners. Please be advised that we will not be responsible for your return trip home, so make sure to check the schedule of the transportation facilities in advance.
【Announcement of lottery result】
・After a fair and just lottery, we are scheduled to send winning emails only to winners’ registered email boxes on the following days.

・If lottery winners fail to receive the winning emails because their email box is set to receive emails only from specified domains, the result will be treated as invalid. We will not reply any inquiries on lottery result.

【Identity verification at each venue when participating in the memorable photo session after shows】
・Winners need to finish email confirmation and identity verification and then pick up the event tickets at the venue on the day of the memorable photo session.
・If you fail to undergo the identity verification and exchange your tickets within the period of time specified in the winning email, your privilege will become invalid regardless of reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
・The memorable photo session is not carried out on a first-come, first-served basis. The numbered event tickets will be randomly distributed to customers during identity verification. The first one to receive the numbered ticket may not be the first one to take part in the event. Thank you for your understanding.
The following IDs are required. Be sure to bring them with you on the event day.
After the identity verification is done, you will receive the event tickets.

・Credit card & cash card (The combination of credit card & cash card cannot be used as two types of IDs.)
・Student’s identity card without face photo
▼Certificates that cannot be used as IDs
*Bankbook, patient registration ticket, invoice, member cards and mails cannot be used as an “ID” even if your name and address are printed on it.
【Notice】
・People who are not feeling well on the event day are not allowed to participate.
・Please follow the instructions of the venue staff to ensure a smooth event. The venue staff may touch your shoulder or wrist when guiding you.
・Please pay the transportation charges and accommodation charges of the event by yourself. Please be advised that no compensation will be made for your transportation and accommodation charges even when you cannot participate as you do not meet certain requirements.
・Videos and photos of the bonus event may be published on the official website. Please note that you can be photographed.
・The event tickets will not be reissued regardless of reasons such as loss, theft or damage.
・Please refrain from reselling or transferring your ticket. Once you are caught engaging in such acts, your ticket will be considered null and invalid.
・The event ticket is valid only on the date printed on the ticket. You cannot participate in the event without a ticket for the event on that day.
・While we guide you to the photography event, we may check your belongings briefly or use metal detectors to check your body. We ask for your full cooperation on this matter.
・Customers are responsible for their own valuables throughout the duration of event.
・We may take various necessary measures to prevent accidents and disorder on the event day.
・Please be advised that presents and letters from customers will not be accepted at the reception counter.
・Please refrain from making inquiries about the event directly to the venue.
・We will do everything we can to operate the event under safe conditions, such as arranging security in the venue. Please report any suspicious individuals or suspicious objects to the security personnel at the venue.
・There is no special medical equipment available at the venue. If you have a chronic illness or require medical equipment, please participate at your own risk.
・The event may be terminated or postponed due to natural disasters, performer’s unavailability due to health concerns or accidents, traffic problem, equipment failure of the venue or other unforeseeable circumstances. The event time, place, content and lineup may also be adjusted. In such cases, no products payments can be returned, no compensation of traffic or accommodation expenses will be made. Please understand that beforehand.
・When you join in the event, please avoid engaging in the following “prohibited actions”. If any customer fails to abide by the rules stated in the following “prohibited actions”, or is deemed to be unsuitable to join the event by the organizer, the customer may be refused to participate. In such cases, no product payment can be returned, no compensation of traffic or accommodation expenses will be made. Please understand that beforehand.
・Our company will bear no responsibility for any loss related to admission or failure to attend this bonus event, except when your loss is caused by intentional acts or culpable negligence of our company, affiliated companies or artists.
・Tokyo District Court or Tokyo Summary Court shall be the exclusive jurisdiction courts if a lawsuit about this bonus event becomes necessary.
・Your winning right will be considered invalid if it is obtained through borrowing an ID without photo, reselling or transferring. You will be asked to leave the venue and return the bonus regardless of situation if you are found engaging in such acts. Please note that you and people involved cannot join in other lottery-based events in the future.
【Prohibited Actions】
・It is prohibited to resell, copy, forge the winning right.
*Once you are caught engaging in above acts, your right will be considered invalid.
*Forging and copying is a crime. If we detect any illegal actions, the customer will be refused to participate in the event and we will report it to the police.
・It is prohibited to touch the artist apart from taking photos and signing autographs, such as giving presents to the artist, shaking hands with him or hugging him.
・Loitering, i.e. camping, staying or assembling etc. around the venue.
・Abusing, threatening or cursing at the artist
・Entering the venue or joining the event while intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol.
・Recording, filming or photographing during the bonus event.
・Bringing equipment into the venue to record, film or photograph the event.

In accordance with the Group Personal Information Protection Policy, Avex Inc. and LDH JAPAN Inc. will jointly use the information to inform winners and to manage the event.
