【About announcement of lottery results】
Winners will be notified by emails from EXILE TRIBE STATION by the day before each show.

【Pre-registration of winners】
About 2 and a half hours before the shows start (tentative)
*If you win, you need to register. If you do not register in advance, your wining right will be invalid and you will not be able to participate in the event.
*Details about the time and place of the registration will be informed to the winners by winning emails.
●We will confirm the information registered in the fan club at the time of registration and you will also be asked to show your ID. Your information will be used for operation and identification.
●We will measure your temperature to check your physical condition. You may not be able to participate if you have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher or have a coughing symptom.

【About participating in the project】
●You can participate in the project even if you do not have a ticket to a show. But you can watch the show only if you have a ticket to it.
●Please note that even if you have a ticket to a show on the day, you will not be able to watch it until the end. If you are late for the gathering, you will not be able to participate in the event regardless of the reason.
●The project will be held after the shows. Please confirm transportation to get home before attending. We will not be responsible if you miss the last train or bus.
●You are responsible for the transportation and accommodation costs associated with participating in the project. Even if you do not meet the condition for participation and are unable to participate in the project, we will not compensate you for transportation and accommodation expenses.
●Videos and photos of the project may be posted on the official related site. Please understand this before making an application. In addition, no claims for portrait rights to the videos and photos will be accepted.
●When we guide you to the photo session space, we will inspect your belongings and check your body with a metal detector. We ask for your cooperation.
●Please follow the instructions of the staff during the photo shooting to ensure the event goes on smoothly. If the staff deems that you do not follow the rules, we may invalidate your winning right.
●The staff will “take photos with customers’ smartphones” without delivering photos at a later date.
●The photo will be taken by the staff for each winner, without any do-overs. In addition, no other behaviors such as giving presents to the artists and shaking hands with them are allowed.
●It is prohibited to post the photo on social media or other sites.
●Your photo will be taken by using the standard camera function of your smartphone. Other photo apps are not accepted.
●Please take care of your valuables at your own risk.
●Whether to wear a mask in this project or not is at customers’ discretion.
●Please note that due to changes in regulations about COVID-19, the rules of operation may be changed. Please understand this in advance.
【Notes】 (Please be aware of the following before participation)
●LDH JAPAN Inc. (hereinafter referred to as our company) will not be responsible for any troubles between participants concerning the winning rights or bonuses.
●Please follow the instructions of the venue staff to ensure smooth sales. The venue staff may touch your shoulder or waist when guiding you.
●In order to prevent accidents and chaos on the event day, various restrictions may be imposed as necessary.
●Please refrain from the following “Prohibited Acts” when participating in this project. If you violate any of these rules, or if the organizer deems you unsuitable to participate in the event, you will not be allowed to participate in the event. In such a case, the organizer will not refund the money you pay or compensate for transportation and travel expenses. In addition, if any prohibited or illegal acts are found, the winner will be denied participation in all future events involving the artists.
●There is no special medical equipment available at the venue. If you have a chronic illness or need medical equipment, please participate at your own risk.
●The event may end earlier, be canceled, or postponed suddenly due to requests from the local government, natural disasters, traffic conditions, poor facilities at the venue, illness or accident of the appearing artists, time limit, delay in progress, or other unavoidable circumstances. Even if you are unable to attend the event due to these reasons, we will not refund the money you pay for products or compensate for transportation and travel expenses.
●The company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the participation no matter winners participate in this project or not, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by us, affiliated companies of this project and the artists.
●We will make well-round preparations before operation. If you see a suspicious person or object, please notify the nearest staff member.
【Prohibited Acts】
●Transfer, exchange, resale, copying, or counterfeiting of the winning right
*Once you are caught engaging in reselling or transferring the event tickets, the winning right will be invalid.
●Sharing information obtained through the winning email to third parties (including posting the email on social media)
●Acts that may cause inconvenience to other customers or acts that the operation staff deems to be equivalent to misconduct
*If any of the above is found, we will refuse your participation and take the same action as for misconduct.
●Slander, defamation, threats, abuse, etc. against the members
