*People without tickets can also purchase goods and capsules.
*Depending on the situation of the queue or the weather condition, there is a possibility that the sales may end earlier than scheduled or be suspended. Please understand this beforehand.
*Please note that the goods will not be sold inside the arena.

【Purchase limit】
・Member-produced Goods: Up to 5 items of each type per person
・Acrylic Stand, Photo Card, 2-way Key Chain: Up to 30 items of each type per person
・Acrylic Stand Set, Photo Card Set: Up to 1 item of each type per person
・Venue-limited Embroidery Key Chain: Up to 2 items per person

【Notice about the sales of tour goods and capsules】
・The starting time of the merchandise sales is tentative. Please be advised that the merchandise sales may start earlier or later depending on circumstances on that day.
・Please check your purchased products, the size and quantity, your change, etc. immediately.
・Please be advised that products cannot be refunded or exchanged once you leave the sales area.
・Please ask the staff at the sales counter for size confirmation.
・If you spend no less than 15,000 yen per transaction, you will receive one “CyberHelix” RX-16 eco bag. Even if the total amount at multiple transactions is more than 15,000 yen, you will not receive the eco bag. Regardless of the amount over 15,000 yen, you can only receive one “CyberHelix” RX-16 eco bag. The distribution of the “CyberHelix” RX-16 eco bag may end once all available ones are given out. Please note that it will not be distributed at a later date.
・Payment can be made in cash, by credit cards, electronic money (d Payment, PayPay, Rakuten Pay, QUICPay, iD and IC Cards) or EXILE TRIBE gift cards.
You can only make a one-time payment if you pay by credit card. There is no such rule if you use electronic money. Also, please note that you cannot make a payment in different payment methods at a time.
・EXILE TRIBE gift card can only be used when you pay in cash. Please note that it cannot be used together with the credit cards and electronic money. Moreover, if the back of an EXILE TRIBE gift card (silver part) is slightly scratched, even if the characters cannot be distinguished, the card may not be accepted in the goods sales area.
・Payment by credit cards, electronic money may not be available depending on the signal condition of the venue & terminal. In that case, you may be asked to pay in cash.
・The merchandise items are provided in a limited quantity and will not be available when they are sold out.
Plus, the merchandise items may be handed out to you earlier or later depending on the items you purchase. Moreover, the goods will not be available when they are about to be sold out at nearby sale counters.
Our sales staff will do their best to hand out the items in time. Please fully understand this before you make a purchase in the sales area.
・The information about sold out products will be announced on the big screen in the venue.
However, since we need time to update the information, please confirm whether the products are out of stock or not in the sales area.
・In order to prevent reselling and buying up, it is prohibited to queue up again to purchase the products. Our staff members will warn you if they find you engaging in such activities.
・Please note that purchase limit may be set or changed without prior notice depending on the situation on the event day. Please understand this in advance.
・Capsules will only be sold in the special sales area.
・Capsules can only be purchased with 500-yen coins. An exchange booth will be set in the sales area for you to exchange coins.
・The exchange service is only for people who want to use these coins to purchase capsules.
・Capsules are provided in a limited quantity. Even if customers queue in the capsule sales area, they cannot get capsules once they are sold out.
・Capsules cannot be exchanged after being purchased.
・One customer can purchase a maximum of 10 capsules in a row. Please be advised that the set limit may be changed on different performance days. You cannot exchange the items you get from the capsules for other items, even if the same item appears several times.
・We will set a special garbage can for empty capsules near the capsules sales area, so please throw empty capsules there.
・Please refrain from throwing other garbage in this garbage can.
・Moreover, please refrain from throwing the empty capsules in garbage cans in the nearby facilities. Thank you for your cooperation.
・It is prohibited to resell or exchange the capsules in the sales area. Our staff will warn you if you are caught engaging in such behaviors.
・What’s more, it is prohibited to stand still in the sales area and passageways. Our staff will warn you if you hinder the passing of customers.
