Products for sale: All products of “NAOTO PRESENTS HONEST HOUSE 2024”
Sales period: 12:00 ~ about 30 minutes after the performance ends
*People without tickets can also purchase goods from 12:00 to 30 minutes before the doors open and from the start of the performance to about one hour after the performance starts.
*Depending on unavoidable factors such as the situation of the queue at the sales location or the weather condition, the scheduled sales time may change and the sales may be suspended. Please understand this beforehand.

【Notice about the sales of goods】
・The starting time of the merchandise sales is tentative. Please be advised that the merchandise sales may start earlier or later depending on circumstances on that day.
・Please check your purchased products, the size and quantity, your change, etc. immediately.
・Please be advised that products cannot be refunded or exchanged once you leave the sales area.
・Please ask the staff at the sales counter for size confirmation.
・The receipt issued at the time of your purchase is required for return or exchange of defective items.
・If you spend no less than 12,000 yen per transaction, you will receive one “HONEST HOUSE 2024 sticker set”. Even if the total amount at multiple transactions is more than 12,000 yen, you will not receive the “HONEST HOUSE 2024 sticker set”. Regardless of the amount over 12,000 yen, you can only receive one “HONEST HOUSE 2024 sticker set”. The distribution of the “HONEST HOUSE 2024 sticker set” may end once all available ones are given out. Please note that it will not be distributed at a later date.
・Payment can be made in cash, by credit cards, electronic money (d Payment, PayPay, Rakuten Pay, QUICPay, iD and IC Cards) or EXILE TRIBE gift cards.
You can only make a one-time payment if you pay by credit card. There is no such rule if you use electronic money. Also, please note that you cannot make a payment in different payment methods at a time.
・EXILE TRIBE gift card can only be used when you pay in cash. Please note that it cannot be used together with the credit cards and electronic money. Moreover, if the back of an EXILE TRIBE gift card (silver part) is slightly scratched, even if the characters cannot be distinguished, the card may not be accepted in the goods sales area.
・Payment by credit cards, electronic money may not be available depending on the signal condition of the venue & terminal. In that case, you may be asked to pay in cash.
・The merchandise items are provided in a limited quantity and will not be available when they are sold out. Plus, the merchandise items may be handed out to you earlier or later depending on the items you purchase. The goods will not be available when they are about to be sold out at nearby sale counters. Our sales staff will do their best to hand out the items in time. Please fully understand this before you make a purchase in the sales area.
・The information about sold out products will be announced on the big screen in the venue.
However, since we need time to update the information, please confirm whether the products are out of stock or not in the sales area.
・In order to prevent reselling and buying up, it is prohibited to queue up again to purchase the products. Our staff members will warn you if they find you engaging in such activities.
