■How to participate

・One challenge right to challenge the chance event will be given for every 2 exchanges of designated products for THE RAMPAGE (Group A / Group B / Group C) boxes.
(There will be a notification of exchange times of designated products for any of THE RAMPAGE (Group A / Group B / Group C) boxes.)
Example) In the first exchange, if you make one exchange for the designated product for THE RAMPAGE (Group A) box and one exchange for the designated product for THE RAMPAGE (Group B) box, you will be granted the challenge right twice (first exchange + 2 exchanges).
■Regarding challenge right
*The challenge right is valid only in “THE RAMPAGE LIVE TOUR 2024 ‘CyberHelix’ RX-16” online booth.
*Bonus items are provided in a limited quantity and the distribution will end once they are out of stock.

■Prize & Shipment
・The bonus items you get will be shipped together with the goods you obtain in “THE RAMPAGE LIVE TOUR 2024 ‘CyberHelix’ RX-16” online booth.
*The bonus items will be shipped to the address registered on LDH CONNECT.
■Notice
*We will take the utmost care in packaging and shipment. But there are still possibilities that prizes will be damaged. Please note that we will not replace or exchange the prizes in that case.
*LDH prohibits the resale of winning prizes. If it is discovered that a winning prize has been resold or auctioned, the prize may be forcibly returned or withdrawn regardless of the reason. Also, please note that you will not participate in advance ticket applications or other events.
■About individual differences in prizes
The prizes of the online booth may differ slightly due to individual differences (color, size, shape, weight, etc.) in the production process.
These products are not defective products. Please understand it before participating.

There may be slight deviations in the seams of the fabric, waviness, cloth cutting or size, resulting in individual differences.

・Acrylic stands
Due to the manufacturing process, some of the products may be loose or tight in fitting. Please note that there may be individual differences in fitting. In addition, only the product that cannot fit into its base can be exchanged. If a stand can stand on its own, it is not eligible for exchange.
・Vertical tin badges
There may be cracks or wrinkles on the side of a tin badge, which is caused during the production process, but it is not a defective one. Please note that returns or exchanges are not accepted.
■About packing
The cushion will be shipped in a degassing package (compressed in a compressed bag).
After opening the package, the air will enter the cushion and its original size will revive. However, the swelling way varies from product to product. Please note that we cannot accept an exchange or a return for reasons such as excessive wrinkles.
