Here is a notice on the show of NAOTO PRESENTS HONEST HOUSE 2024 in TOKYO GARDEN THEATER.

For various reasons, Mandy Sekiguchi’s scheduled appearance has been cancelled.

If you wish to receive refunds, please check out the following information and then go through the procedure.
(No procedure is required for those who do not wish to receive refunds.)

【How to get a refund】
Please go through the refund procedure using the following method within the refund period.
*Please note that no refunds will be given beyond the refund period.
*The refund method varies from agency to agency. Please check the details carefully before going through the procedure.

◼︎For those who purchased tickets from ticketbook
*Including tickets purchased via JSB3 OFFICIAL FAN CLUB advance ticket lottery and other official applications
[Refund Period] 4/30 (Tue.) 18:00 ~ 5/12 (Sun.) 23:59
We send an email with refund information to each applicant on 4/30 (Tue.).
If you want to get a refund, please read the information in the email and complete the procedure by the due date.
(Please check your settings again to make sure you can receive emails from @e-ticketbook.com.)
*Applicants must log in with their IDs / passwords to ticketbook themselves then apply for a refund.
*Only applicants need to go through the refund procedure. It is not necessary for their companions.
If you do not receive the email on 4/30 (Tue.), please log in to MYPAGE on ticketbook and complete the refund procedure from 5/1 (Wed.).
If the refund method is not listed on MYPAGE, please contact the ticketbook customer center below.

<For those who will come to Tokyo show on 6/1 (Sat.)>
If you can come to shows using 【all the tickets you have purchased】, you do not need to complete any refund procedure.
Regarding the electronic tickets, emails with the “notice on the electronic ticket issuance” will be sent 3 days prior to the performance day.

<For those who want to receive refunds of all tickets / some tickets>
If you want to get a refund, please check out the refund information email sent from ticketbook and complete the procedure during the refund period.
*Ticket purchasers should complete the procedure.
*You can only apply for your refund of one ticket at a time even if you have purchased multiple tickets. (Tickets that are not refunded are valid.)
*However, if refund applications are for tickets of ticket purchasers, please go through the procedure for “all tickets”. Please note that tickets of ticket purchasers cannot be refunded separately.

We send an email with refund information to each applicant on 4/30 (Tue.).
Customers who want to get a refund need to use “Refund Application Form URL” from the email and fill in the required information within the designated period.
・We will only issue refunds to customers who fill in the required information.
・Regarding the refund method, we will send an email about the “refund procedure” at a later date. Please complete the refund procedure within the refund period marked in the email about the “refund procedure”.
*Various commission fees excluding shipment fee and settlement fee will be refunded.
*Please note that you can only ask for a refund within the refund period.
*Please note that we will send information emails only to ticket purchasers whose tickets are not used.
*If you do not receive the email on 4/30 (Tue.), please be sure to check out your spam emails.
*If you do not receive the email on 4/30 (Tue.) and cannot find it in your spam emails, please contact LAWSON TICKET using the contact information listed below before 4/30 (Tue.).
*Please note that you cannot get the refund if the information you fill in the refund application form and that you left at the time of purchase do not match.
