■About individual differences in prizes
The prizes of the online booth may differ slightly due to individual differences (color, size, shape, weight, etc.) in the production process.
These products are not defective products. Please understand it before participating.

・Cloth products such as mini cushions and face towels
There may be slight deviations in the seams of the fabric, waviness, cloth cutting or size, resulting in individual differences.
・Glitter key chains, metal key chains, acrylic stands and acrylic key chains
The color and gloss of the actual products may differ slightly from those on the pictures on the website. In addition, the materials may differ depending on the timing of production.
・Acrylic stands
Due to the manufacturing process, some of the products may be loose or tight in fitting. Please note that there may be individual differences in fitting. In addition, only the product that cannot fit into its base can be exchanged. If a stand can stand on its own, it is not eligible for exchange.
・Vertical tin badges
There may be cracks or wrinkles on the side of a tin badge, which is caused during the production process, but it is not a defective one. Please note that returns or exchanges are not accepted.
■About packing
The cushion will be shipped in a degassing package (compressed in a compressed bag).
After opening the package, the air will enter the cushion and its original size will revive. However, the swelling way varies from product to product. Please note that we cannot accept an exchange or a return for reasons such as excessive wrinkles.
