Additionally, used items are also eligible for exchange.

Please bring your original product to one of the locations below, and our staff will exchange it after confirmation.

*Please retain the original item until the exchange is completed, as it will be necessary for the process.
*The replacement item will not include packaging or batteries. If your original item includes packaging or batteries during the exchange, those items will be returned to you immediately.
*We intend to establish exchange booths at upcoming THE RAMPAGE live venues. Please utilize these services during your visit.
*Please be advised that we are unable to facilitate exchanges through shipping (mail).

【Notice about sales of goods and capsules】
・The starting time of sales is tentative. Please be advised that it may start earlier or later depending on circumstances on that day.
・Please check your purchased products, the size and quantity, and your change right after your transaction.
・Please be advised that products cannot be refunded or exchanged once you leave the sales area.
・Please ask the staff at the sales counter for size confirmation.
・The receipt issued at the time of your purchase is required for return or exchange of defective items.
・As for the random products, you cannot exchange the items you get for other items, even if the same item appears several times.
・You will get 1 “(R)MPG vinyl bag” if you spend more than 15,000 yen in a single payment. Please be advised that you will not get the “(R)MPG vinyl bag” even if the total amount of separate purchases is over 15,000 yen. You can only get 1 “(R)MPG vinyl bag” even if you spend much more than 15,000 yen. Distribution may end once there are no bags left. In that case, the bags will not be distributed in the future.
・Payment can be made in cash, by credit card, electronic money (d Payment, PayPay, Rakuten Pay, QUICPay, iD and IC Cards) or EXILE TRIBE gift cards.
You can only make a one-time payment if you pay by credit card. Payments via other electronic payments not specified will not be accepted. Also, please note that you cannot make a payment in different payment methods at a time.
・Any remaining balances can only be paid in cash when using EXILE TRIBE gift cards. Please note that EXILE TRIBE gift cards cannot be used together with credit cards or electronic money.
Moreover, if the back of an EXILE TRIBE gift card (silver part) is slightly scratched, even if the characters cannot be distinguished, the card may not be accepted in the goods sales area.
・Payment by credit card and electronic money may not be available depending on the network of the venue & terminal.
In that case, you may be asked to pay in cash.
・The merchandise items are provided in a limited quantity and will not be available when they are sold out.
In addition, there may be delays in product delivery, and if an item is sold out at nearby counters, it may not be available even after your order has been processed.
Our sales staff will do their best to provide the items in time, so that they will not become unavailable. Please fully understand this before you make a purchase.
・The information about sold out products will be announced on the big screen in the sales area.
However, since we need time to update the information, please confirm with the staff in the sales area for accurate sold out information.
・In order to prevent reselling and buying up, it is prohibited to queue up again to purchase the products. Our staff members will warn you if they find you engaging in such activities.

・Capsules will only be sold in the special sales area.
・Capsules can only be purchased with 500-yen coins. 1,000-yen capsules are available via medals only.
A 500-yen exchange booth will be available at the sales area. Please exchange your money there before use.
・Please refrain from exchanging 500-yen coins for use other than purchasing capsules.
・Capsules are provided in a limited quantity. Even if customers queue in the capsule sales area, they cannot get capsules once they are sold out.
・The rare capsule item can be exchanged with an exchange ticket. Your exchange ticket will be collected at the time of exchange. Please visit the capsule booth on the same day for the prize exchange, as exchanges on later dates will not be accepted. Please note that refunds will not be provided for lost exchange tickets.
・Capsules cannot be exchanged after being purchased.
・One customer can purchase a maximum of 10 capsules in a row. Please be advised that the set limit may be changed on different performance days. You cannot exchange the items you get from the capsules for other items, even if the same item appears several times.
・We will set a special garbage can for empty capsules near the capsules sales area, so please dispose of empty capsules there.
・Please refrain from the disposal of other garbage in this garbage can.
・Moreover, please refrain from disposing empty capsules in garbage cans in the nearby facilities. Thank you for your cooperation.
・It is prohibited to resell or exchange the capsules in the sales area. Our staff will warn you if you are caught engaging in such behaviors.
・What’s more, it is prohibited to stand still in the sales area and passageways. Our staff will warn you if you hinder the passing of customers.
