【Notice regarding performance tickets】
★A ticket is required for each person.
★Persons under the age of 7 are not allowed to enter. Please confirm before purchasing tickets.
★The following devices/items are prohibited inside the venue. They will be confiscated at the venue.
A. Explosives materials and prohibited items.
B. Devices such as cameras, video cameras, and selfie sticks.
C. Items that generate noise such as whistles and cheer sticks.
D. Support items such as light boards, balloons, and stools that obstruct other viewers from viewing the event.
★Prohibited acts at the event venue
A. Live broadcasting.
B. Recording with mobile phones, cameras, camcorders or other devices.
If such acts are found, the devices will be confiscated by our staff and the recorded content will be deleted, and we will not be held responsible for any damage or loss. If you do not follow the staff’s instructions, you will be asked to leave.
★Important notices during the performance
A. Standing on chairs is prohibited in the venue.
B. Please do not lift up support goods or other items to obstruct customers behind you.
C. Throwing things onto the stage is prohibited.
If you do not follow the staff’s instructions, you will be asked to leave.
★It is prohibited to bring food and drink into the venue or come with your pets. After the performance starts, please turn off your mobile phone or set it to silent mode.
★We will not be providing any cloakroom or storage services at the venue, so please take care of your own belongings.
★If the event cannot be held as scheduled, the organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event and will not be responsible for any related damages. In addition, we will not compensate for transportation or accommodation expenses.
★Relevant regulations will be prioritized according to the official website and local announcements. The organizer reserves the right to add, change, or terminate the content related to the event.
★The venue has specific admission rules, so please comply with the rules after you purchase your ticket. If you arrive late, please follow the instructions of the venue staff.
★There may be some seats which are not perfect for watching the performances depending on the shape of the stage, the composition of the live show and the characteristics of the venue.
