*Premium tickets (with original goods) can only be handed over at the dedicated entrance lane on the day of the show marked on the tickets that you have won. Please note that you cannot pick up your goods on other show days or receive them by delivery at a later date.
*If there are any defects with the product, exchanges can only be handled on the same day at the venue. Please be sure to check the product on the spot. In addition, we cannot accept any goods returns, exchanges, etc. for customers’ personal reasons.
*If there are a large number of applicants for a show in an ongoing advance ticket application, the applications for the show may not be accepted in the subsequent advance ticket applications or general ticket release.

*The running conditions of JR Kyushu, JR West, and Kitakyushu Monorail from New Year’s Eve to New Year’s Day have not been published.
Public transport may be halted after the show, so please understand this when you make a purchase.
As to the details about overnight transport from New Year’s Eve to New Year’s Day, please refer to the notice of Kitakyushu City Transportation Bureau.

*Some parts of the content may be changed depending on circumstances.
*Reserved seats may be included. Reserved seats are the seats that you must sit in during the shows.
*We will guide people who come in wheelchairs to the dedicated wheelchair space on the day of the show. Please contact the show inquiry agency at least one week before the show after you purchase a ticket in order to make sure that there is a viewing space.
Those who need assistance can come to the venues with up to one companion.
*A ticket for the companion is required.
What’s more, the dedicated wheelchair space has a limited capacity. If it is full, you cannot use it. Thank you for your understanding.
Additionally, depending on circumstances, companions may be asked to watch the shows in their own seats.
Viewers need to be seated while watching the shows in the wheelchair space. Depending on the shows, surrounding people may stand up to watch, which may obstruct your view. Thank you for your understanding.
As the dedicated wheelchair space is limited, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
*There may be some seats which are not perfect for watching the show depending on the shape of the stage, the composition of the live show and the characteristics of the venue.

*Please note that if we cannot confirm your age because you do not bring an ID, you will not be able to enter regardless of the reasons.
*You may be asked to show several IDs if you look too young. Moreover, you will be refused to enter the venue if you are found assuming another person’s identity.

【About age limit】
According to the “Fukuoka Prefectural Ordinance for the Healthy Development of Youths”, “children under the age of 18 are not allowed to enter” since the show will last till late night.
Children who are still under the age of 18 on December 31, 2027 will not be admitted no matter if they come with their guardians (over 18 years old) or not.
Moreover, high school students who are over 18 years old will be allowed to enter.
*Children can make applications even if they are under the age of 18. However, they will not be admitted if they are still under the age of 18 on December 31, 2027.
*You can neither cancel your purchase nor ask for a refund after you purchase the tickets. Please make applications after confirming the above contents.
