Notice for those who want to refund their tickets to the shows of [LDH PERFECT YEAR 2020] scheduled to be held between 3/21 (Sat.) and 5/31 (Sun.) (updated on 5/12)

Thank you very much for your constant support to LDH and LDH artists.

We planned to publish the information about whether there will be make-up shows for the shows scheduled to be held between 3/21 (Sat.) and 5/31 (Sun.) and refund details in early June. However, in response to requests from customers who already want to get their refund, we decided to start ticket refund from 4/28 (Tue.).

Refunds for customers who want to get their refunds after the publication of information about the make-up shows will be provided according to the new refund period.
Details will be unveiled in early June. Please wait for some time.

Note that if your tickets have already been refunded, you cannot “have the same seats in the make-up show” and make an “advance application for purchasers” in case when the venue of the make-up show is changed.

You need the original tickets if you want to attend the make-up shows. Please handle them with care.
*If you have purchased electronic tickets from ticket board or ticketbook, it is not necessary for you to download them.

In addition, we regret to inform you that there will be no make-up shows for the 12 shows of “LDH PERFECT YEAR 2020 SPECIAL STAGE ~MUSIC BOX~” scheduled to be held from 3/25 (Wed.) to 4/5 (Sun.) at Shinagawa Stellar Ball since it is hard for us to rearrange the schedule.

As for other shows, we will continue to do our best to arrange the schedule before the announcement in early June. However, we will still have to cancel some of the shows. Thank you for your understanding.

About refund

Please finish the refund procedure within the specified period using the following methods.

Customers who purchased paper tickets cannot get their refund if they have not received their tickets or tickets have not been issued at stores. They can only get their refund after they receive their tickets. Furthermore, apart from the ticket fee, the commission fee charged by ticket agencies will also be refunded.
*
Part of the commission fee cannot be refunded. For details, please refer to the refund page on the website of each ticket agency.
*
Please be advised that you will not be able to get your refund for the tickets after the refund period.
*
As for 【Canceled Shows / Tickets to be refunded to all purchasers】, you will not be able to get your refund for the tickets after the refund period.
*
The refund process is different for electronic tickets and paper tickets, and different ticket agencies have different refund procedures.

Please confirm the type of your tickets before applying for the refund.

■Customers who purchased tickets from【LAWSON TICKET】

Including tickets purchased through the official advance ticket lottery (EXILE TRIBE FAMILY advance ticket lottery and others).
You can get your refund at any convenience store of the convenience store chain where you made the payment and got your tickets. Please bring your tickets to the store.
(Customers who made the payment and got the tickets at LAWSON need to get the refund at any LAWSON store. Customers who made the payment and got the tickets at MINISTOP need to get the refund at any MINISTOP store.)
You can get your refund at the nearest LAWSON store if you chose the delivery service.

Points to note when “getting your refund” at LAWSON/MINISTOP

The refund for tickets to the designated shows will be provided from “15:00”.

There may be many people coming to get their refunds on the first day and last day of the refund period. Please make sure you have enough time.
*
You cannot get your refund after the refund period.
*
Many people will come between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. Please come at some other time within the refund period.
*
There is a limit on the amount of money you can get from the cash register between 21:00 and 06:00 on the next day (night & early morning) to prevent crime. Therefore, there may not be a sufficient sum of money right before and after as well as during this period. Please refrain from coming to get your refund during this period (night and early morning).
