Thank you very much for your constant support to LDH and LDH artists.
Though the emergency situation declaration over the new type of coronavirus infection was lifted across the country some time ago, it is still impossible to carry out large-scale economic activities like before. The limitation of the number of viewers on live shows and other large-scale events is also expected to remain in force.
In such situation, we had many discussions about the announced live shows with staff and related personnel under the guidance of “LDH expert group on the novel coronavirus infection control”.
However, since it is difficult to hold live shows with venues filled to capacity and live shows with tickets already sold, we have decided to cancel all the announced 168 shows scheduled to be held between 2/26 and 12/26.
We will issue refunds for everyone who have tickets in hand. Please come to the designated place within the designated period of time to get your refund.
Please check the refund methods at the end of this notice.
We would like to apologize to everyone who looked forward to scheduled and rescheduled shows for making such a disappointing decision.
What’s more, LDH will comply with the policies and targets established by the government and administrations and adopt a new type of live show entertainment in the future.
We will take various measures such as setting a limit on the number of viewers in the venue and recording the contact information of viewers in the venue in order to create a space where you can enjoy the live show at ease.
Details about the shows will be announced on the official site at a later date.
What’s more, the information about future activities is scheduled to be announced on 6/15 (Mon.).
LDH artists and staff will keep on making efforts and carrying out various activities and projects to “Inspire Japan” through entertainment. Look forward to it.

How to get refund
Please finish the refund procedure within the specified period using the following methods.

- Customers who purchased paper tickets cannot get their refund if they have not received their tickets or tickets have not been issued at stores. They can only get their refund after they receive their tickets. Furthermore, apart from the ticket fee, the commission fee charged by ticket agencies will also be refunded.

- Part of the commission fee cannot be refunded. For details, please refer to the refund page on the website of each ticket agency.

- You will not be able to get your refund for the tickets after the refund period.

■Customers who purchased tickets from 【LAWSON TICKET】

- Including tickets purchased through the official advance ticket lottery (EXILE TRIBE FAMILY advance ticket lottery and others).
You can get your refund at any convenience store of the convenience store chain where you made the payment and got your tickets. Please bring your tickets to the store.
(Customers who made the payment and got the tickets at LAWSON need to get the refund at any LAWSON store. Customers who made the payment and got the tickets at MINISTOP need to get the refund at any MINISTOP store.)
You can get your refund at the nearest LAWSON store if you chose the delivery service.
Points to note when “getting your refund” at LAWSON/MINISTOP

- There may be many people coming to get their refunds on the first day and last day of the refund period. Please make sure you have enough time.

- There is a limit on the amount of money you can get from the cash register between 21:00 and 06:00 on the next day (night & early morning) to prevent crime.
