Notice on “THE RAMPAGE LIVE TOUR 2026 ‘(R)MPG'”

Thank you very much for giving continuous warm support to THE RAMPAGE.

Regarding “THE RAMPAGE LIVE TOUR 2026 ‘(R)MPG'” scheduled to kick off on February 28, 2026 (Sat.), Kazuma Kawamura will be absent from the shows from February to April 2026.
The shows in this period will be presented by the other 15 members (excluding Kazuma Kawamura).

Additionally, the decision regarding Kazuma Kawamura’s participation in shows from May onward, as well as the timing for the resumption of his activities, will be carefully considered with his health as the top priority. An announcement will be made once a decision is finalized.
Thank you for your understanding.

In light of this decision, we will issue ticket refunds to those who want to make a refund.
Please check out details of refund methods and complete the necessary procedures.
If you wish to attend the shows with【all the tickets you have purchased】, you do not need to apply for refunds.

What’s more, the ticket upgrade lottery (2nd round) and fan club additional ticket sales (on a first-come, first-served basis) will be available. Those interested can check out the details and make applications.

<For those who do not want to return tickets and will come to watch the shows>
If you can come to shows using【all the tickets you have purchased】, you do not need to complete any refund procedures.

<For those who want to receive refunds of all tickets / some tickets>
Ticket purchasers should complete the procedure.
You can apply for your refund of only one ticket at a time even if you have purchased multiple tickets.
However, if ticket purchasers will not attend the show(s), please go through the procedure for “all tickets”.

We will send an email with refund information to each applicant by 18:00 on 1/21 (Wed.).
If you want to get a refund, please read the information in the email and complete the procedure by the due date.
(Please check your settings again to make sure you can receive emails from @e-ticketbook.com.)
*Applicants should log in with their IDs / passwords to ticketbook themselves then apply for a refund.
*Only applicants need to go through the refund procedure. It is not necessary for their companions to do so.
If you do not receive the email by 18:00 on 1/21 (Wed.), please log in to My page on ticketbook and complete the refund procedure.

We will send an email with refund information to each applicant on 1/21 (Wed.).
Customers who want to get a refund need to use the “Refund Application Form URL” from the email and fill in the required information within the designated period.
・We will only issue refunds to customers who fill in the required information.
・Regarding the refund method, we will send an email about the “refund procedure” at a later date. Please complete the refund procedure within the refund period marked in the email about the “refund procedure”.
*Various commission fees excluding shipment fee and settlement fee will be refunded. *Please note that you can only ask for a refund within the refund period. *Please note that we will send notification emails only to ticket purchasers whose tickets are not used.
