starting with the Niigata show on 9/3,
while taking measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19!

- *We will issue "electronic tickets (for smartphones)" and "paper tickets". You can choose either one.
- *All viewers are requested to fill their names, addresses and contact information while purchasing tickets. Companions are required to fill in the same information if you purchase multiple tickets.
- *Please note that the refund application will not be accepted even if you do not enter the venue.
- *This is the designated show of the "ticket unauthorized resale prohibition law".
- *Purchase for resale is strictly prohibited. We do not guarantee the validity of tickets purchased on auction sites, in ticket shops or between individuals. Tickets cannot be transferred or resold.
- *We will guide you to the wheelchair space if you come to the venue in a wheelchair on the day of the performance. Please contact the performance inquiry agency at least one week before the performance after purchasing a ticket in order to make sure that there is a viewing space. Only those who need assistance can come to the venue with up to one companion, but a ticket for the companion is required. In some cases, the companion may be asked to sit in his or her own seat. We may ask to see your disability certificate or other proof of disability for confirmation.
- *Please note that some of the seats may not be perfect for viewing.
- *Seats may be separated by an aisle or arranged in a line. Please understand this in advance.
- *Purchased tickets cannot be exchanged, changed or canceled for any reason.
- *In addition to the ticket fee, there are also various commission fees including postage and system usage fee at the time of purchase.
- *Please note that postage and other various commission fees will not be refunded if the show is canceled.
- *Please note that if it is confirmed in the future that there is an infected person in the venue, the purchaser information may be provided to municipalities, the public health center and other institutions.
- *Please note that the contents of shows may be subject to change depending on situations.
- *Please check the LDH official website for notice before purchasing tickets.
- *Please be sure to wear masks at the venue and bring your own masks. Viewers without masks are not admitted.
- *If you meet any of the following, please refrain from coming to the venue. Please check details on the day of the performance.
- ・You are tested positive for COVID-19 and instructed to stay at home by the doctor.
- ・You had a close contact with a person tested positive for COVID-19 within 10 days before the day of the show.
- ・You have been to countries or regions from the government list of restricted countries or those requiring an observation period after entering Japan in the past 10 days. Moreover, you had close contact with people living in these countries and regions and you cannot prove that you are tested negative for COVID-19.
- ・Your family members living with you and close friends are suspected of being infected.
- ・Your body temperature is over 37.5 degrees before leaving your home and on the day of the show. (Your temperature will be checked with a non-contact thermometer and disinfection will be conducted before you enter the venue.)
- ・You have symptoms such as cough, languor, runny nose, diarrhea, vomiting, having no taste or smell and you are pickled.
- ・You cannot provide your personal information in advance.
- *You will be required to measure your body temperature and disinfect your hands at the entrance before entering.
- *Please wash hands frequently and sanitize your hands after entering.
- *Please refrain from cheering aloud in the venue and speaking loudly in the venue, lobby and other areas.
- *You can temporarily remove your mask only when you have drinks. After that, please wear your mask immediately.
- *All seats are reserved for this performance. Please watch the performance on your own seat in the venue. What's more, please be careful to prevent contact with viewers around you and droplet infection.
- *We may arrange different entry time according to seat number in order to reduce congestion. The admission time will be published on the event official site at a later date.
- *We will guide you to leave the venue after the performance. Therefore, it may take some time to return home.
- *Videos and photos (covering the auditorium) taken in the venue may be shown.
- *Presents and flowers cannot be kept on the event day.
- *If you feel unwell at the venue, please make judgement as soon as possible and be sure to contact the nearest staff, rather than just watching the situation.
- *Please register the COVID-19 contact confirmation application "COCOA" in advance.
- *If the government, municipalities or related organizations change their guidelines in the future, there may be changes to the admission guidelines or the number of people to be admitted to the event. Please understand this beforehand.
- *If there is a high risk of infection in the venue, such as close contact with other customers, staff will remind you.
- *If you do not follow the instructions of the staff, you may be forced to leave the venue for security reasons.
