Only customers who have won the general tickets ([all seats reserved]) in the eligible advance ticket lottery will be able to apply for seats with premium lounge at a later date.
Please log in to My Page on ticketbook, select the relevant show from "すべて (All)", and proceed to the application page.

*As to the premium tickets, you can apply for either [upgrade only] or [with original goods]. *When you apply for premium tickets, you can only apply for the same show and the same number of tickets as the tickets purchased. You are not allowed to apply for other shows or for a portion of the number of tickets.

*The original goods are different from the official goods available in the general sales. *Premium tickets (with original goods) can only be handed over at the dedicated entrance lane on the day of the show marked on the tickets that you have won. Please note that you cannot pick up your goods on other show days or receive them by delivery at a later date. *If there are any defects with the product, exchanges can only be handled on the same day at the venue. Please be sure to check the product on the spot. In addition, we cannot accept any goods returns, exchanges, etc. for customers' personal reasons.

【Notice】

• *If you do not win the lottery for the premium ticket, you need to watch the show with the general ticket ([all seats reserved]) you won in the THE RAMPAGE OFFICIAL FAN CLUB advance ticket lottery and THE RAMPAGE GLOBAL OFFICIAL FAN CLUB advance ticket lottery.
• *Premium tickets are not eligible for resale.
• *In addition to the price difference, the purchase of premium tickets will incur various additional commission fees.
• *Individuals who request wheelchair-only spaces may also be selected as winners for premium tickets. If the organizer judges that it is not perfect to watch the show in the places of their premium tickets, they may be guided to the wheelchair-only space. Please understand this in advance.

According to the "Fukuoka Prefectural Ordinance for the Healthy Development of Youths", "children under the age of 18 are not allowed to enter" since the show will last till late night.
Children who are still under the age of 18 on December 31, 2027 will not be admitted no matter if they come with their guardians (over 18 years old) or not.
Moreover, high school students who are over 18 years old will be allowed to enter.
*Children can make applications even if they are under the age of 18. However, they will not be admitted if they are still under the age of 18 on December 31, 2027.
*You can neither cancel your purchase nor ask for a refund after you purchase the tickets. Please make applications after confirming the above contents.

The venue is expected to be very crowded before the show starts on the day.
In order to lighten the crowdedness during admission, advance age confirmation will start at 14:00 on the performance day.
