Notice about goods sales
  • ・The starting time of sales is tentative. Please be advised that the goods sales may start earlier or later depending on circumstances on that day.
  • ・Please check your purchased products, their size and quantity, your change, etc. right after your purchase. Please be advised that products cannot be refunded or exchanged once you leave the sales area.
  • ・There will be no T-shirt samples to check the size.
    Please ask the staff at the sales counter about the size and other matters.
  • ・You will receive one eco bag if you spend more than 15,000 yen in total in a single payment.
    Please be advised that you will not receive it even if the total amount of separate purchases is over 15,000 yen.
    You will receive only one eco bag even if the paid amount exceeds 15,000 yen.
    Eco bags will not be provided once they are out of stock.
    Please be advised that you cannot get them at a later date.
  • ・Cash, credit cards, on-line banking (d Barai, PayPay, QUICPay, iD, Rakuten Pay and IC Cards only) and EXILE TRIBE gift cards can be used at the special sales area. Customers who pay by credit cards and on-line banking (d Barai, PayPay, QUICPay, iD, Rakuten Pay and IC Cards) need to come to the designated counter in the sales area. In case of payment by a credit card, only lump sum payment is possible. We do not accept other types of on-line banking payments. Moreover, if the back of an EXILE TRIBE gift card (silver part) is slightly scratched, even if the characters can be distinguished, the card may not be accepted in the goods sales area. Please note that EXILE TRIBE gift cards cannot be used together with credit cards and electronic money.
  • ・Payment by credit cards, on-line banking (d Barai, PayPay, QUICPay, iD, Rakuten Pay and IC Cards) may not be available depending on the signal quality of the venue & terminal. In that case, you may be asked to pay in cash.
  • ・Goods are provided in a limited quantity and will not be available when they are sold out. Plus, the goods will be sold at several sales counters. They may be handed out to you earlier or later depending on the items you purchase. Moreover, the goods will not be available when they are about to be sold out at nearby sale counters. Our sales staff will do their best to hand out the items in time. Please fully understand this before you make a purchase in the sales area.
  • ・The information about sold out products will be announced on the big screen in the venue. However, since we need time to update the information, please confirm whether the products are out of stock or not in the sales area.
  • ・In order to prevent reselling and buying up, it is prohibited to queue up again to purchase the products. Our staff members will warn you if they find you engaging in such activities.
  • ・Purchase limit may be changed depending on the stock on the event day.

  • ・Capsules will only be sold in the special sales area. They are not available in other sales areas.
  • ・Capsules can only be purchased with 500-yen coins. An exchange booth will be set in the sales area for you to exchange coins.
    The exchange service is only for people who want to use coins to purchase capsules.
  • ・Capsules are provided in a limited quantity.
    Even if customers queue in the capsule sales area, they cannot get capsules once they are sold out.
  • ・Capsules cannot be exchanged after being purchased.
  • ・One customer can purchase a maximum of 10 capsules in a row. Please be advised that the set limit may be changed on different performance days.
    You cannot exchange the items you get from the capsules for other items, even if the same item appears several times.
  • ・We will set a special garbage can for empty capsules near the capsules sales area, so please throw empty capsules there.
    Please refrain from throwing other garbage in this garbage can.
    Moreover, please refrain from throwing the empty capsules in garbage cans in the nearby facilities. Thank you for your cooperation.
  • ・It is prohibited to resell or exchange the capsules in the sales area. Our staff will warn you if you are caught engaging in such behaviors.

    • What’s more, it is prohibited to stand still in the sales area and the walkways nearby. Our staff will warn you if you hinder the passing of customers.
    Please obey the rules and enjoy the fun of the capsules.
About measures against the infection to be taken for the sales of goods and capsules

We will implement the following infection prevention measures during goods and capsules sales at GENERATIONS LIVE TOUR 2022 “WONDER SQUARE” live tour venues.
We hope every customer who comes to the venues can understand them and cooperate with us on creating a worry-free and safe goods sales environment amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

About measures against the infection to be taken in the sales area of goods and capsules

  • ・Sales staff and staff arranging queues in the sales area will wear masks and disinfect their hands on a regular basis. In addition, droplet prevention sheets will be hung up in the sales area. We take sufficient measures to prevent droplets spread.
  • ・It is a must to wear masks in all areas outside the venue, including the sales area and waiting lines.
  • ・Hand disinfection and temperature checks will be conducted before you enter the sales area. We hope for your cooperation.
  • ・We will arrange waiting lines and sales counters to ensure enough space between customers. Please also refrain from gathering around the venue and keep a sufficient distance from others.
  • ・In order to avoid contacts with a large number of unspecified customers, communication between customers and group gathering, such as exchanging goods, are prohibited.
  • ・Staff and part-timers will thoroughly follow the prevention measures such as health management, wearing masks, disinfecting and washing hands before they start selling goods.
  • ・In order to reduce contacts between customers and sales staff, we will use trays for payment and will not give dPOINT. Thank you for your understanding. Also, we encourage customers to use cashless payment.
  • ・Please purchase goods online in advance to reduce congestion in the goods sales area at the venue.

When you come to purchase goods and capsules (required)

You can also purchase goods and capsules even if you do not have tickets to the show.
Please read the following details if you want to come to the venue to purchase goods and capsules.
In addition, if you fall into any of the categories listed below, please refrain from coming.

  • ・You are waiting for your COVID-19 test results and instructed to stay at home by your doctor.
  • ・You had close contact with people tested positive for COVID-19 within the 14 days before the day of the show.
  • ・You went to countries or regions from the government list of restricted countries or those requiring an observation period after entering Japan in the past 14 days or had close contact with people living in these countries and regions.
  • ・Your family members living with you and close friends are suspected of being infected.
  • ・Your body temperature is over 37.5 degrees before you leave your home on the day of the show. (We will also measure your temperature with no-contact thermometer before you enter the sales area.)
  • ・You have symptoms such as cough, languor, runny nose, diarrhea, vomiting, having no taste or smell.

If you fall into any of the categories listed above, please refrain from coming to the venue.

Those who fail to obey the rules or follow staff’s instructions on the event day will not be allowed to enter the sales area and make purchases.
